Application and Payment Guidelines:

Booth Rental Details:

  • Size: Each booth measures 10’x10’. Please note a maximum of two artists can work simultaneously in a 10’x10’ booth.
  • Pricing: The standard rate for a 10’x10’ booth is $550. Take advantage of our Early Bird Special by registering and paying before June 30th, for a $50 discount per 10’x10’ booth.
  • Inclusions: Each booth reservation includes:
    • Up to two tables with tablecloths
    • Two folding chairs
    • One biohazard receptacle
    • One trash receptacle
    • One sharps container
    • One small sign
    • An event t-shirt for each paying operator ONLY
  • Responsibilities: Operators must provide water, paper towels, hand sanitizer, and additional materials beyond the mentioned provisions.

Submission Process:

Please fill out the form to apply as a body modification operator. If accepted, you will receive an email for a booth invoice and further instructions on logistics and licensing.
