Each booth is 10’x10'. No more than two artists can operate out of a 10’x10' booth at the same time. Each 10’x10’ booth is $500. *Early Bird Special* Register and pay prior to June 30th, 2020 and receive $50 off on each 10’x10’ booth. The event will provide each booth with two tables, table cloths, three folding chairs, one biohazard receptacle, one trash receptacle, one sharps container, one small sign and an event t-shirt to each paying operator. Operators are responsible for water, paper towels and hand sanitizer.

Once your submission to the event as been accepted the Health Department will require:
- Proof of current CPR, blood-borne pathogens certificate and proof of Hepatitis B vaccination (three part series). Failure to provide all three of these items will prevent you from working at the event.
- Completed 2020 Body Art Application and payment of $50 for the temporary operators license.

Please email or snail mail all records and application at once to the health department. Deadline to submit paperwork to the health department is September 18, 2020.
Please read the 2020 operator requirements and fill out the form to apply/register as a body modification operator. If accepted, you will receive an email for a booth invoice and further instructions with logistics and licensing.
