Application and Payment Guidelines:
- To optimize the process and ensure a seamless experience, Roughrider has established a collaborative partnership with the Health Department. The form below serves as both your event submission and the application for a temporary license if you're not a local artist. If applicable, the $60 application fee will be included in your invoice, and Roughrider will submit payment to the Health Department. In addition, please upload all required licensing documentation for added convenience.
Booth Rental Details:
- Size: Each booth measures 10’x10’. Please note a maximum of two artists can work simultaneously in a 10’x10’ booth.
- Pricing: The standard rate for a 10’x10’ booth is $550. Take advantage of our Early Bird Special by registering and paying before June 30th, for a $50 discount per 10’x10’ booth.
- Inclusions: Each booth reservation includes:
- Up to two tables with tablecloths
- Two folding chairs
- One biohazard receptacle
- One trash receptacle
- One sharps container
- One small sign
- An event t-shirt for each paying operator ONLY
- Responsibilities: Operators must provide water, paper towels, hand sanitizer, and additional materials beyond the mentioned provisions.

Application Process and Submission Details:

- Proof of current CPR certification
- Blood-borne pathogens certificate
- Proof of completed Hepatitis B vaccination (three-part series)
